Ishpeming Teacher Arrested for Sexual Assault
An Ishpeming High School teacher is in jail tonight on charges of sexually assaulting female students.
City Police say they arrested 28-year-old Jesse Anderson of Negaunee last night for 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct.
He’s accused of inappropriate touching.
Police say they’ve already identified 3 alleged victims and that there may have been several more.
Anderson has been placed on administrative leave from his job, and he won’t return to the classroom unless he’s cleared in the case.
