Escanaba High School students have to stay a bit late today when a bomb threat locks the school down.
Public Safety got the call about it around 2 this afternoon.
Someone apparently wrote a bomb threat in one of the bathrooms and included a drawing of the alleged bomb.
Police locked students in their classrooms until a bomb-sniffing dog went through the building and the parking lots.
They got an all-clear at 2:45 and went home for the day at that point.
If a student made the threat, that student would be expelled and would also face criminal charges.
A bomb threat last October shut down the high school for a day.
There were also 2 bomb threats there in the fall of 2007, 2 weeks apart.
