An Iron River funeral director who’s already in jail could be going to prison for up to 20 years.
55-year-old Terry Langenberg is once again accused of fraudulent business practices.
Troopers and detectives from the Iron River state police post have arrested him for racketeering.
It’s said to involve money or personal property worth between $1,000 and $20,000.
Langenberg is charged with 1 count of conducting criminal enterprises, 2 counts of uttering and publishing, 8 counts of embezzlement and 8 counts of federal contract fraud.
Those are all felonies, and police say they involve multiple victims.
If convicted, Langenberg faces up to 20 years in prison, a $100,000 fine or both.
A preliminary exam is scheduled for December 8th in Crystal Falls.
Langenberg is already in jail on 4 misdemeanor counts of violating funeral contract rules.
