MARQUETTE — An Ishpeming woman is behind bars on multiple felony counts after a nearly three-month long investigation by police.
The Marquette City Police Department arrested 32-year-old Alison Jean Dehlin of Ishpeming Friday on charges of forgery, uttering and publishing, and embezzlement of $1,000 but less than $20,000. Back in November, police began investigating possible embezzlement that was occurring at a housing complex in Marquette.
Dehlin remains lodged at the Marquette County Jail on a $30,000 bond. An arraignment date for Dehlin has not yet been scheduled.
