WI teenager involved in rollover crash
A teenager from Wisconsin was involved in a single vehicle rollover accident in Dickinson County Sunday afternoon.
Troopers from the Iron Mountain Post of the Michigan State Police say the accident happened on Hamilton Lakes Road near Tower Road around 2:15 p.m.
Courtney Lantagne, 17, from Niagara, Wisconsin, was driving north on Hamilton Lakes Road when she drifted onto the shoulder. While coming back onto the road, Lantange over corrected and lost control of her vehicle.
Police say Lantange’s vehicle crossed the center line, went off the east side of the road, and rolled into a ditch. She was treated for injuries by North Alert Ambulance and released on scene.
Troopers were assisted by the Norway City Fire Department and Wilson Towing.
