Today was cool and windy across Upper Michigan. However, even cooler air arrives tonight, accompanied by a cold front bringing periods of heavy rain early. Lows will fall to the middle and upper-40s, while northwest winds blow between 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Tuesday, skies remain overcast as showers become lighter during the afternoon and evening. Highs are expected only to top off in the upper-50s and lower-60s, as northwest winds increase between 10 to 20 miles per hour.
Tomorrow night, showers and clouds leave, as the disturbance begins to exit. Overnight temps will drop to the middle-40s, with northwest winds continuing at 5 to 15 miles per hour. The cooler air mass holds on for Wednesday, keeping afternoon highs a good ten degrees below normal.
