Weather Forecast 5/5-6

Milder air is set to push into the region this week, and today was evidence of that as high temperatures reached the upper 40s and 50s. More warmth is on the way later during the week, but tonight expect conditions to be a little chilly for early May. Lows drop to the lower 30s and upper 20s as skies begin to clear with high pressure taking over. Winds will be light early before eventually calming after midnight.

Tuesday brings us our best weather day of the work week with partly sunny skies and highs well into the 50s. Another plus will be winds remaining light around 5 to 10 miles per hour coming from the east. Conditions won’t be gusty for Tuesday night, either, as winds continue from the east at 5 miles per hour. Clouds increase throughout the night while overnight lows fall to the middle 30’s.

Rain once again returns on Wednesday and looks to be with us all the way through Friday.
