Warm weekend ahead, rain showers expected Sunday

Shunk-Grey

The heat couldn’t be beat Friday, as temperatures soared into the upper-80s and lower-90s. Tonight, with a less humid air mass in place, conditions shouldn’t be as sticky. Lows will drop between the low to mid-60s, while winds lighten.

Saturday, skies remain sunny, as warmer than average temps reappear. Highs will reach the upper-80s and lower-90s, while east winds blow at 5 to 15 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, a few clouds enter, but other than that, we’ll be quiet. Low temps will fall around the mid and upper-60s, while winds shift out of the south at 5 to 10 mph.

Sunday, prepare for a wet one, as showers and storms enter. However, afterwards cooler and drier air arrive to begin next work week. Have a great weekend!
