Wakefield man arrested on CSC charges
A Wakefield man has been arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges.
He was arrested on Monday by Troopers from the Michigan State Police, Wakefield Post on three counts of fourth degree CSC and one count of Accosting Children for Immoral Purposes.
State Police say the man was arrested without incident and is currently lodged in the Gogebic County Jail.
The man’s bond is set at 10% of $60,000. CSC in the fourth degree has a maximum sentence of two years in prison. Accosting Children for Immoral Purposes has a maximum sentence of four years.
The name of the man is being withheld pending arraignment.
