Wadaga back in court Tuesday
The former treasurer for the Village of Baraga was back in court Tuesday after several months of delays.
Cynthia Wadaga of Baraga had her preliminary hearing today in 97th District Court in Baraga County. She was bound over to Circuit Court, and her next court appearance is set for February 5.
Wadaga is charged with embezzlement of $20,000 or more, but less than $50,000. The embezzlement charge is a ten year felony.
Wadaga is currently out on bail.
