MARQUETTE — Detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) found a meth lab today in the city of Marquette.

UPSET Detectives found the meth lab at a residence on the 1400 block of Wright Street. Detectives also found meth making components and hazardous waste left over from the meth making process.

The meth components were taken and put into a secure storage container. No arrests have been make at this time.

This is the 67th meth lab that UPSET Detectives have investigated since January 1st, which marks an 86% increase from this time last year.
