Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 7/6-7

The showers were heavy throughout the afternoon on Monday. By tonight, heavy rain is expected to ease as a cold front moves through. Lows will only drop to the mid and upper-40s, while winds shift out of the northwest between 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Tuesday, we’ll see much cooler conditions with gusty winds. Highs will top off in the low to mid-60s, while northwest winds continue at 10 to 20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, cooler air settles in, as clouds begin to head out. Low temps will bottom out in the low to mid-40s, while winds weaken.

Wednesday, sunshine returns, but afternoon temps will remain below average.
