Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 7/11-12

Shunk-Grey

It’s been a warm afternoon, as temps rose into the 80s, but clouds kept conditions from being oppressive. Tonight, the warmer air mass lingers, leading to a muggy evening. Lows will drop to the upper-60s and lower-70s, while south winds blow at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Tuesday, a blast of heat enters, with partly sunny skies covering the area, and an isolated showers or storm. Highs will reach the mid and upper-80s, while southwest winds strengthen around 15 to 20 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, rain chances wane a bit, but the humidity remains high. Low temps will fall between the low to mid-70s, while winds continue out of the southwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Spotty storms pick into Wednesday, while the extreme heat eases.
