Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 6/22-23

Shunk-Grey

High pressure kept control of the area Wednesday afternoon, making for a very sunny Hump Day. Tonight, a few clouds enter, but the majority of the rain will remain south of the region. Lows will bottom out in the upper-40s and lower-50s, while winds calm.

Thursday, clouds exit early, with sunshine dominating the afternoon again. Highs will reach the mid and upper-70s, while northeast winds blow at 5 to 15 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, clear skies remain, as a seasonal air mass hangs around. Low temps will fall between the low to mid-50s, while winds calm. Friday features ample sunshine along with warmer temps, that should bring most of us back into the 80s.
