Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 10/28

Tuesday ended beautifully for us across the Upper Peninsula, with temps warming into the 50s and sunshine showing up during the afternoon. Partly cloudy skies give way to rain and snow tonight, as a cooler air mass begins settles in. Lows will drop between the low to mid-30s, while northwest winds blow at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Wednesday looks to be a much different day for the region, as colder air and clouds dominate the forecast, with a small chance of a morning wintry mix. Highs are only expected to reach the low and mid-40s, while winds continue out of the northwest at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, the cold air really takes a firm hold on the area under mostly cloudy skies. Low temps will bottom out in the upper-20s and lower-30s, while northwest winds blow gently around five miles per hour. We’ll get another chance at a rain/snow mix on Thursday, before things get a lot more interesting Thursday night and on into Friday.
