Upper Peninsula Weather Forcast 10/6-7

After a cloudy start to our Tuesday, sunshine finally took over to help the region warm into the 60s. Tonight, a dry cold front will pass through and usher in a slightly cooler air mass. Lows will drop between the low to mid-40s, while northwest winds blow at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Wednesday, get ready to see more sun with high pressure in control. Highs will top off in the upper-50s and lower-60s, while winds shift out of the north at 5 to 15 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, skies will feature a few passing clouds, while the cooler air mass settles in.

Low temps will fall to the upper-30s and lower-40s, while winds shift again out of the southeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Rain chances increase heading into Thursday, and look to continue throughout the day.
