U.P. Weather Forecast 10/20

The work week started cloudy across the region, as temps were held below average again. A reinforcing blast of cold air arrives tonight, along with isolated light showers. Lows will bottom out in the low to the mid-30s, while winds come out of the north at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Tuesday, a few sprinkles linger during the morning, before clouds and rain eventually leave later in the evening. Highs will reach the mid and upper-40s, with north winds at 10 to 20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night skies should be mostly clear, which will allow temps to drop quite a bit.

Lows will fall to the upper-20s and lower-30s, while winds out of the northeast weaken between 5 to 10 miles per hour. Wednesday will bring another cool, but sunny afternoon, as high pressure takes control of the region.
