U.P teen will be extradicted to face Negaunee Felony Safe Breaking Charges
A U.P.teenager is in police custody in Florida tonight after more than six months on the run.
19 year old Ethan Micahel Bertucci is charged in connection with break–ins at two Negaunee businesses last August.
He was picked up by authorities in Hollywood, Florida.
The extradition process has started to bring Bertucci back to face charges of felony safe breaking and two felony charges of breaking and entering.
The charge for safe breaking carries a penalty of life imprisonment.
The charges of breaking and entering each carry a penalty of 10 years imprisonment.
19 year old Zachary John Miller of Marquette also was charged in the case….and was sentenced to two years probation
