U-P Residents Say Farewell to Harry Potter

THE HARRY POTTER MOVIE FRANCHISE HAS CAPTIVATED AUDIENCES FOR THE LAST DECADE.

THEATERS HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH WIZARDS, WITCHES, WANDS, AND MAGIC ACROSS THE WORLD.

THE FINAL SAGA OF THE MOVIE WAS RELEASED AT MIDNIGHT.

AND A–B–C 10 WAS THERE TO GET PRE–MOVIE PREDICTIONS AND POST SHOW REACTIONS.

FANS PACKED THE G–K–C CINEMAS IN MARQUETTE AT MIDNIGHT TO SEE THE FINAL INSTALLMENT OF THE HARRY POTTER FILMS.

“HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS” PART 2 MADE ITS DEBUT LAST NIGHT.

FANS WERE EXCITED AND A LITTLE SAD, EVEN WISHING THEY COULD USE A ‘CHEERING CHARM.”

A–B–C 10 WAS EVEN ABLE TO GET SOME QUICK REVIEWS OF THE MOVIE FROM SOME OF THOSE WHO MADE IT TO THE MIDNIGHT SHOWING.

G–K–C SOLD OUT EVERY SEAT IN ALL 10 OF ITS THEATERS THAT WERE SHOWING THE HARRY POTTER FLICK.

DOORS WERE KEPT DOORS OPEN EVEN LONGER AND HAD A THREE A–M SHOWING IN TWO THEATERS FOR THOSE NIGHT OWLS WHO COULDN’T GET INTO THE MID NIGHT SHOW.

HARRY POTTER PREMIERES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN BUSY, BUT THE G–K–C STAFF SAY THEY’D NEVER BEEN AS BUSY AS THEY WERE FOR THIS FILM OVERNIGHT.
