DICKSINSON COUNTY — An Iron Mountain man pleaded guilty to three different counts in the Dickinson County Circuit Court earlier today.

31-year old Daniel Shaughnessy pleaded guilty to manufacturing marijuana, purchasing a pistol with no license, along with resisting and obstruction. Shaughnessy pleaded no contest for assaulting, resisting, obstructing a police officer.

In early May of this year, the Iron Mountain Police Department arrested Shaughnessy after being dispatched for a domestic violence situation. Shaughnessy will be back in court for his sentencing on November 14th.
