U.P. featured on “Finding Bigfoot”
The Upper Peninsula was featured on Animal Planet’s “Finding Bigfoot” last night.
Filming for the show took place this past fall at the Brownstone Inn in AuTrain. About a dozen people attended a town hall meeting where they told their Bigfoot experiences.
The producers of the show traveled across the U.P. to see if Bigfoot really is hiding in the woods and marshes. A few stories were highlighted on the show, including numerous sightings that were reported between Escanaba and Menominee.
Animal Planet’s website doesn’t say when the “Super Yooper Sasquatch” will air again, so if you missed it, you’ll have to check their website periodically.
