Injuries were reported in a two vehicle accident in Gladstone early Sunday afternoon.

Officers from the Gladstone Public Safety Department say that 66-year-old Max Ross of Daggett was traveling eastbound on Dakota Avenue shortly after 12:30 when he failed to stop at the intersection of South 13th Street. He struck a southbound vehicle driven by 49-year-old George Sailer of Gladstone.

Ross was transported to St. Francis Hospital by Rampart EMS, while Sailer sought his own treatment at St. Francis Hospital. Ross was cited for disobeying the stop sign.

Gladstone Public Safety was assisted at the scene by the Michigan State Police and Rampart EMS.
