B&E and larceny investigation leads to two arrests

GLADSTONE — Two Gladstone residents were arrested after an investigation into multiple breaking and entering and larceny cases.

Gladstone Public Safety officers say Kathryn Sjogren and 33-year-old Joshua Richer were arrested after the three-month long investigation into several break-ins at businesses and thefts from vehicles throughout the city. Sjogren is awaiting arraignment in Delta County District Court on two counts of uttering and publishing, two counts of forgery, four counts of receiving and concealing stolen property, and one count of stealing or retaining a financial transaction device.

Richer has been arraigned and faces two counts of receiving or concealing stolen property. He is out of jail on a 10 percent of $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear again in District Court for a preliminary exam on April 28th.
