Train Bridge Collapse Closes Road
A train bridge collapse shuts down a portion of a street in Escanaba.
County Road 426 is closed until further notice from US–2 and 41 to 18th road.
Traffic is bring rerouted to Danforth Road, to M Road, to 18th Road, back to 426.
A passing train was too tall to fit underneath an overpass on 426.
The train hit the overpass earlier today and took out a piece of it on impact.
