MARQUETTE — The third suspect in an armed robbery in Marquette is headed to Marquette County Circuit Court.

18-year-old Nasir Jones waived his preliminary exam Monday in District Court and was bound over. He is tentatively scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

Jones was arrested along with 22-year-old Aiseah Achesah and 21-year-old Stephon Akins on May 13th in connection to an armed robbery at a home on Fair Avenue in Marquette. Achesah and Akins waived their arraignments after being bound over last week. Achesah has a scheduling conference set for June 4th, while Akins has one set for June 10th.

The trio are facing charges of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and felony firearms.
