State Award for Marquette Regional History Center

The Marquette Regional History Center has received a prestigious award from the Historical Society of Michigan.

The facility has received the ‘Institutions’ award as part of the 2011 State History Awards.

As one of the most active historical groups in the state, it received high praise for museum exhibits, extensive archives, and numerous programs as well as special exhibits.

The State History Awards are the highest recognition presented by the state’s official historical society.
