Secretary of State Branch Re-Modeling
Two Michigan Secretary of State branches in the U.P. will be open again tomorrow.
They’ve been closed both yesterday and today for re-modeling.
The Munising branch and the Ontonagon branch will have a new look when they re–open.
The Michigan Department of State says those branches will have new carpeting, a more customer–friendly counter design and other improvements.
It’s a change for the Munising branch from last year.
That branch and the Manistique branch were both running on part–time hours for a while in an attempt to save money.
