Search is on for Marquette County Administrator
The search for Marquette County’s next administrator is moving forward.
At tonight’s meeting, the Marquette County Board worked out the kinks in the positions job description.
Including educational requirements, work experience and personality traits.
The qualified candidate will fill the position of County Administrator as well as County Controller.
The board has hired the Michigan Municipal League to spearhead the nationwide search. The next step will be placing a completed ad in several online resources as well as the Mining Journal.
The potential candidates will have four weeks to apply for the position that holds a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 dollars.
