Re-arraignment set for drugs and weapons suspects

IRON MOUNTAIN — Two suspects facing drugs and weapons charges in Iron Mountain are set to be arraigned a second time in circuit court.

Anthony Warner, 25, and Tiffany Ness, 22, will be re–arraigned April 7th.

Both were arrested by the Iron Mountain Police after Warner accidentally shot himself in the hand. While responding to the incident police saw evidence of criminal activity.

The Dickinson County prosecutor later issued charges against the couple.

Both are facing counts of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and felony firearms.

Warner is being charged as an habitual offender and faces one misdemeanor count of reckless use of a firearm.
