Rapid River man pleads guilty for involvement in hit-and-run
A suspect in a hit-and-run accident in Delta County pled guilty to two charges in district court Wednesday.
Paul Jarvis, 60, of Rapid River pled guilty to failure to stop at the scene of an accident and failure to identify after a property damage accident.
The accident happened in Masonville Township in January.
A woman driving a minivan slowed down for parked vehicle on the side of U.S. 2, when a pick-up truck, allegedly driven by Jarvis, rear-ended the van. Jarvis then fled the scene.
He will be sentenced May 27.
