Prostitution cases moving forward

IRON RIVER — An Upper Peninsula woman accused of prostitution and possession of narcotics could be headed to trial later this year.

Two cases against 33-year-old Sarah Eddy are set to go to trial on April 26th. Eddy was arrested by the Iron River Police Department in early January on charges of maintaining a house of ill fame, possession of morphine, soliciting prostitution and another prostitution charge.

Eddy has one more court date, a pretrial conference set for March 28th.
