FORSYTH TOWNSHIP — The Forsyth Township Police and the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) recently discovered an active Meth lab.

On April 1st at 9:30 a.m., police responded to the 300 block of Quail Street for a possible Meth lab. The person who contacted police said she found a Meth lab in the basement. Police discovered a one pot Meth lab and some of the materials were still active.

UPSET Detectives carefully collected and secured the Meth lab components. The Forsyth Township Police Department reminds the public that if anyone discovers items they believe are part of a Meth Lab, they are urged to not touch the items and to contact the police immediately.
