Pizzerias & New Year’s
With the New Year just around the corner, many bars and liquor stores are seeing a great deal of business, but pizzerias will also be very busy for the next two days.
According to the National Restaurant Association, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are two of the top five pizza sales days of the year.
Local businesses like Paisano’s in Negaunee see that as well.
Dan Moore of Paisano’s says they’re expecting huge business for the next two days.
As a sign of their optimism, it’ll be all hands on deck for their employees on new year’s Eve.
And with the Packers and Lions playing one another on Sunday, New Year’s Day, Moore is hoping for many hungry football fans to order a game–day pie.
