Pine Mtn. police stabbing case advances

The case of a Norway man accused of stabbing a police officer has taken a step forward.

Seventy-four-year-old Andrew Bray is charged with assault with intent to commit murder and carrying a concealed weapon.

He has a Circuit Court pre-trial conference on June 3rd.

Bray is accused of stabbing Lt. Derek Dixon of the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department.

The attack happened at the Continental Cup ski jumping tournament at Pine Mountain in February.

Bray is in the Dickinson County Correctional Center on $1 million bond.
