NEGAUNEE — Police are looking for a pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run in Negaunee Monday morning.

The Negaunee City Police Department says the incident happened around 8:00 a.m. A dark colored truck heading eastbound on County Road went off the south side of the road and struck a utility pole. The truck then fled the scene.

Police say broken plastic parts of the right front wheel well flare were left behind. They expect the truck involved in the incident to have a damaged right front quarter panel and wheel well area.
