NTN Superior Snowshoe Series begins

Winter weather may make driving difficult, but walking is always an option…especially on snowshoes.

The Noquemanon Trail Network is encouraging people to get out and play in the snow this winter, while getting some great exercise.

The Superior Snowshoe Series (SSS) has a variety of club races, including supporting currently organized local events, and having fun on family nights. Races can be as competitive or as laid back as you wish.

Nicole Dewald says each event will award participants with points that accumulate through the series. Special prizes will be given away, including 2 pair of Dion 121 Racing Snowshoes.

If you are a Noquemanon Trail Network (NTN) Member, with an active winter membership, then the fee is $5 per event.  If you do not have a NTN winter membership, then the fee is $15 per event ($10 for a day pass, $5 to SSS)

Rent Dion Snowshoes for $5 per race, available on a first come, first serve basis.
