Students at Northern Michigan University are getting the chance to test the waters of the business world.
Throughout the semester, a student marketplace is held in the University Center. The market gives students a chance to showcase their crafts and get a sense of what it’s like to own a small business.
The vendors hope that by the end of the semester, they will have more sellers. With additional vendors and sales the Wildcat Market may be moved to the bottom of the campus library next to Starbucks.
