NMU student & alumni networking
Northern Michigan University, and many other colleges and universities, are continuing to develop relationships between students and graduates.
As part of a two-day conference, the Northern Michigan University Alumni Association helped facilitate that connection.
Sessions ranged from how to find jobs to a workshop on creating a personal brand, both online and offline.
NMU alumni who hold positions ranging from business to government to the medical community not only conducted the presentations and workshops, but were available to answer students’ questions.
Several dozen students attended at least one session.
The conference will conclude with a speed-networking event tonight at 7 in the University Center’s Great Lakes Rooms.
