NMU Hosting Youth Volleyball Camp
he Northern Michigan University volleyball team will be hosting its 2011 Drills Day Camp on June 25. Cost of the camp is $50 and includes instruction and a t-shirt.
NMU coaches Dominic Yoder, Kim Falkenhagen and Leonard Thomas will provide instruction along with current players. The camp is for ages 13-20 and will be held in two sessions from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Vandament Arena. The morning session will focus on positioning and skill development with the afternoon session focusing on team offensive and defensive systems, wash drills and team competition.
Campers should bring volleyball gear and a water bottle. The registration
