New Planning Director for Chocolay Township
Chocolay Township Community members had the chance tonight to meet the person who will be helping to improve the community.
The new Planning Director for Chocolay Township held a community open house tonight. Her main goal – to get a feel for the pulse of the community and learn what changes they would like to see in the township. She also doesn’t plan on doing all the planning herself.
She is excited to work with community members, and hopes she will be able to make the changes community members are looking for.
Community members also learned about a new community garden. New Director, Kelly Drake Woodward hopes to start a few neighborhood planning projects as well.
