FLINT — Some new criminal charges have been announced by Michigan Attorney Bill Schuette in part with the Flint water crisis.

The charges are against six state employees who allegedly hid and changed data on the quality of the water sources flowing into Flint. Residents of Flint agree that this these charges do not address the appropriate measures needed to be taken and that many of them still do not have access to clean , safe water. Many of these residents are still drinking out of bottled water going into their third summer of the water crisis.
