MSU’s Gholston suspended for Saturday’s game vs. Wisconsin

The Big 10 Conference announced today that it has suspended MSU sophomore defensive end William Gholston one game for violating the conference’s “sportslike conduct agreement” last week in Michigan States 28-14 win over Michigan.

Late in the 3rd quarter, cameras caught Gohlston striking Michigan offensive lineman Taylor Lewan in the face. In a statement released by Gholston, he says he “regrets losing his composure.”
