Minivan Hits House in Negaunee
A young man is recovering after a car accident in Negaunee tonight in which his minivan hit a house.
It happened at 129 Michigan Street shortly before 9 pm.
A 20–year–old man was driving east in a Dodge Caravan on Business M–28 when he lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line and left the road.
He hit a road sign and a tree before hitting the house.
The driver was taken to Bell Hospital in Ishpeming with unknown injuries.
The house sustained minor damage, and no one inside was hurt.
The Negaunee Police, the Negaunee Fire Department and Bell EMS responded to the scene.
