Michigan economic outlook survey

The Lake Superior Community Partnership wants anyone interested in Michigan’s 2013 economic outlook to go out to lunch this Friday.

Two business consulting firms have compiled their first-ever Michigan Economic Outlook Survey.

The head of one of those firms will be at the Marquette Holiday Inn to go over the results at a luncheon on Friday.

Three thousand people from 78 of the state’s 83 counties  responded to the survey.

Derek Bush of the LSCP says that they came from both for-profit and non-profit businesses, and that the results examine the Michigan economy from the state level down to the county level.

Tickets for the lunch presentation are still available at the LSCP offices in Marquette.

They cost $25 each.
