MI Gas Prices Up a Penny

This next story may be the last thing Michigan drivers want to hear, but gas prices are up again.

AAA Michigan says the statewide average for regular self–serve fuel is now $3.60 a gallon.

That’s up just over a penny from last week and it’s nearly 80 cents more than what it cost this time last year.

The lowest prices in the state are in the Saginaw/Bay City/Midland area at $3.56.

As they often are, the highest prices among the areas AAA surveys are in Marquette at $3.65.

AAA Michigan surveys 2,800 gas stations around the state every day.
