Gas prices in Michigan continue to slide, even though the summer driving season is here.
AAA Michigan says the current statewide average for regular self-serve gas is down to $3.80 a gallon.
That’s a 3-cent change from yesterday, and almost a quarter less than what we paid a month ago.
Among the areas in the survey, the lowest gas prices in the state are in Traverse City.
A gallon will cost you $3.65 there.
Marquette is usually the area in the survey with the highest price, but not this time.
That dubious distinction goes to Ann Arbor, where the average is $3.84.
Dearborn-based AAA Michigan surveys 2,800 gas stations around the state every day.
