Meth Suspects Back In Court

Two people facing charges from a recent meth lab bust at Sawyer will be back in court next week.

36–year–old dawn Marie Pegg and 30–year–old Brandon Jutila had a preliminary exam scheduled for this afternoon.

They have waived their right to a prelim.

And they’ll be back in court on May 4th,

For their Circuit Court arraignment.

Pegg and Jutila are each facing two counts of operating a meth lab in the presence of a minor.

They’re both still being held in the Marquette County jail on $200,000 bond.

Police searched their home on dart street at K.I. Sawyer on April 4th.

Two children — a three–year–old and a one–year–old — were turned over to Marquette County Child Protective Services.
