MARINETTE, Wisc. — An Iron Mountain woman arrested on a meth charge in Wisconsin in March has been given her sentence.

According to Wisconsin Circuit Court records, 37-year-old Crystal Smiltneek was given an eight year sentence with four years of initial confinement and four years of extended supervision. She was given credit for 160 days served.

Smiltneek pleaded no contest to the charge of possession with intent to deliver three grams or less of meth back in mid-June. She was arrested along with two others at a traffic stop in Crivitz, Wisconsin on March 1st. Meth and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle during that stop.
