Meth suspect enters guilty plea

MARQUETTE — An Ishpeming man facing two felony drug charges related to the production of meth pleaded guilty to one of those charges.

Kyle Dorow, 21, entered a guilty plea on the charge of operating and/or maintaining a meth lab. Another charge of manufacturing meth was dismissed as result of a plea agreement.

Dorow was arrested June 8th by Ishpeming P.D. when police found him in possession of components that are used to make meth.

“I possessed meth making materials,” said Dorow.

“And were you going to make meth with them?” asked Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi.

“Yes ma’am,” replied Dorow.

The charge of operating and maintaining a meth lab is punishable by up to 20-years in prison. Dorow will be sentenced October 27th.
