Meth Lab Trial Goes To Jury
A jury now has the case of a Gwinn man accused of operating a meth lab.
The trial of 44-year old Brian Chapman-Howe continued in Marquette County Circuit Court today.
He’s charged with one count of operating or maintaining a meth lab and one count of conspiracy to operate or maintain a meth lab.
The incident happened on December 1st of last year.
The Forsyth Township Police say Chapman-Howe was injured when a meth lab at this house on Elm Street in Gwinn exploded.
He could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
